About Me
Born and raised in the Queens, New York, my early experiences have shaped who I am and how I approach my work.
After completing my undergraduate education at Drexel University in health services administration, I was unsure of what I wanted to pursue and so I became a medical assistance to explore the clinical aspect of healthcare.
Although I was passionate about improving the lives of others, I knew I needed to reconsider my post-undergraduate options when my supervisor gave me feed back that “I spoke with the patients for far too long.”
Shortly after, I became a parent coach at a foster care agency in Queens and witnessed how my empathetic and compassionate approach to my work impacted families of diverse backgrounds.
I then enrolled at the Silberman School of Social Work and received my Masters in 2021.
Since then, I have worked in a variety of settings including Article 31 clinics, schools and private practices.
Throughout my life, I have continued to pursue my passion of dancing whether it was competing at national competitions or motivating large events such as mitzvahs and weddings.
I am now a wife and mother balancing my career and caring for a family.
